At the moment owner of WMID 245356727748 has no funds on his purses to refund.
His service was suspended in Webmoney Transfer two weeks ago.
 
Could you tell us - why did you take a part in "financial pyramid" ?
Did you ever read this Agreement - https://www.wmtransfer.com/eng/legal/illegaltrade.shtml ?
 
This document was accepted by you in a process of registration in Webmoney system.

No funds on the balance of this WMID.
And no any wishes to make the refunds from his owner.

For all participants of financial pyramid our answer is:
 
8.1. We shall not reimburse any losses that YOU may incur in case of culpable (intentional or careless) violation of any requirements of the Agreement. In addition, YOU shall bear the risk of property losses caused by other reason, except as specified in Art.8.2.
 
8.3. Hereby You agree that:
 
a) WM TRANSFER Ltd shall not be liable for the transactions You made to the order of casual users of the System or for the transfer of wrong amounts of title units due to the provision of incorrect information by Senders or Receivers.
